smoked boston butt, Shredded
smoked or rotisserie chicken, pulled off the bones and shredded
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can corn, drained
1 can white beans, rinsed and drained
1 onion
16 oz. chicken broth
1 c. ketchup
¼ c. white vinegar
¼ c. Worcestershire sauce
⅛ c. brown sugar
½ Tbsp salt
½ Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together in a slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours.
This is a great way to use leftover boston butt and chicken.
