Silver seaweed package
3 cups raw Kokuho Rose rice; rinse 4-5 times, cook + cool

Bring to boil, cool:
1 cup rice vinegar (Mitsukan brand)
1 cup sugar
½ tsp salt

Filling in groups of 1, 3 or 5:
Cucumber, avocado, crab, ginger, Japanese mayo
Teriyaki beef
Coconut shrimp
scrambled eggs, par-boiled carrots and sweet potato, Bull-dog sauce, Teriyaki beef

Mix only ¾ rice vinegar mixed with rice. The rest will be used for your fingers and to seal the last inch of Nori (seaweed). Use a bamboo matt, place smooth side down and rough side up, stripes are vertical. Place about 1 cup of rice/roll. Leave 1 inch at the top to seal with extra liquid
