2 cartons of chicken stock
2 onions & 1 Bell Pepper Jalapeno Pepper
1 tablespoon of onion powder
Package of smoked turkey Legs or Wings
3 tablespoons of Sylvia's seasonings
2 tablespoons of your favorite Cajun seasonings salt & pepper to taste
6 bunches of greens
1 cup of sugar

Cook the smoked turkey, onions, bell pepper and 1 carton of chicken stock for 2 hours.
Dump the greens into the pot and bring to a boil. Allow to cook on medium heat for about 30 minutes. The greens should be fragrant, and they should have cooked down some.
After about 45 minutes, add all the seasonings along with more water, if needed. Allow the collard greens to cook on simmer for about 10. Then serve and enjoy warm.
