2 turkey sausage links
2 cayjin sausage links
6 chicken thighs
Tomatoe sauce
Tomato paste
Chicken or beef broth
1package of celery
3 of each of green,red and yellow bell peppers
11/2 onions
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt
Cilantro
Parsley
Minced garlic
Smoked paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sausage in half inch pieces
Cut your veggies up making sure you remove the seeds in peppers
Add rest of ingredients to taste.
