2 C canned pumpkin
3 C sugar
1 C water
1 C vegetable oil
4 eggs
3 1/3 C all purpose flour
2 t baking soda
2 t cinnamon
1 t salt
1 t baking powder
1/2 t nutmeg
3/4 t ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, water vegetable oil and eggs
2. Beat until well mixed
3. Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, nutmeg and cloves into a seperate bowl
4. Slowly add dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture and beat until smooth.
5. Grease two 9 X 5 loaf pans and dust with flour. Evenly divide batter into 2 pans.
6. Bake 60-70 minutes @ 350º or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
7. Cool for 10-15 minutes, then remove from pans and cool on rack
8. Slice and serve plain, with butter or cream cheese
