5 eggs 1 Tsp of baking powder
3 Cups of granulated sugar 1 tsp of salt
3 cups of all-purpose flour 1 Tsp of Vanilla extract
1 cup of whole milk 1 Tsp of Lemon extract
2 sticks of butter or margarine (softened) 1 Tsp of Butter extract
1/3 cup of vegetable oil 1 Tsp of Rum Extract
½ cup of vegetable shorting 1 Tsp of Coconut Extract

In a large bowl cream shortening, butter and oil. Add sugar and eggs.

In another bowl, mix dry ingredients, flour, baking powder and salt. Add into dry ingredients, 1/3 cup of milk alternating flour and the rest of the milk.

Add the 5 flavored extracts and mix well (do not over mix).

Place in floured pan or use Bakers Joy. Heat oven to 325 degrees bake 1 hour and 20 minutes (test with toothpick) Let cool 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
