1 cup butter ¼ tsp. baking soda
3 cups sugar 8 oz. sour cream
6 to 8 eggs (6 if large and 1 tsp. butter flavor
8 if small) 1 tsp. lemon extract
3 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Add ½ of the flour, add ½ of the sour cream and mix. Add remaining flour and sour cream. Add extracts and pour into cake pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 ¼ hours. Let cake cool 5 minutes before removing from cake pan.
