Ingredients:  
1 Pound of boneless, skinless chicken (shredded)
1 8 ounce cream cheese (softened)
1 8 ounce mayonnaise
1 8 ounce shredded cheddar Cheese
1 4 ounce diced green chili peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Shred Chicken. Place in a medium bowl. Mix in cream cheese, mayonnaise, Cheddar Cheese, green chili's and jalapeno pepper.

Transfer the chicken mixture to a medium baking dish.

Baked uncovered in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Use tortilla chips.
