1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Medium Onion (chopped)
2 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
29 oz. Canned Tomato Sauce
1 c. Water
6 oz. Canned Tomato Paste
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Dried Oregano
8 oz. pkg. Lasagna Noodles (uncooked)
4 c.(16oz.) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 c.(12oz.) Small Curd Cottage Cheese
c. Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook Beef, Onion, and Garlic together in a saucepan until browned. Drain.
2. Stir in Tomato Sauce, Water, Tomato Paste, Salt, and Oregano. Mix well.
3. Spread of meat sauce in ungreased crockpot. Arrange ⅓ of Noodles over sauce.
4. Combine all of the Cheeses together. Spoon ⅓ of the mixture over noodles.
5. Repeat layers twice.
6. Top with meat sauce.
7. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
