1 head cut romaine lettuce
pound diced and fried bacon
2 cups freshly-grated parmesan cheese
1 cup bread croutons

Dressing:
3 tbsp. red or white wine vinegar
1 raw egg
3 large cloves crushed garlic
1 anchovy filet
tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. freshly-squeezed lemon juice
tsp. salt
tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
ground pepper
8 to 12 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Combine all dressing ingredients except olive oil in a blender. VERY SLOWLY, add olive oil. Dressing will thicken at once.
