Seasoning Mix; 2 tsp. chipotle chili powder, ½ tsp. sweet paprika, ½ tsp. dried oregano, ¼ tsp sea
salt, ¼ tsp. black pepper, ¼ tsp. ground cumin

Taco Ingredients; 1½ lbs. large peeled and deveined shrimp, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 lime (juice)
10 (6" corn taco shells), 1 large mango (peeled and cut into thin slices, 1 medium onion ( cut into thin slices)

Garnishes; 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce, 2 cups cored and diced tomatoes, ¾ cup sweet cream
for drizzle

1. Combine the ingredients in the seasoning mix and add to the shrimp. Toss to coat. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add shrimp and sauté for 4-5 minutes until shrimp are cooked through. Drizzle with lime
juice and remove from heat.

2. heat the Taco shells on a baking pan until warm and crisp 2-3 minutes. Cut the shrimp into ¾" pieces.

3. To serve, add the shrimp inside the taco shell, top with mango and sweet onions. Garnish with lettuce
and tomatoes. Drizzle with sweet cream.
