1 pound shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup sunflower nuts
1 cup slivered almonds
2 packages Ramen noodles
cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Crush noodles, brown in butter over medium heat. Add almonds, stirring often to prevent burning. Optional: stir in Ramen seasoning mix, then cool.
 

Crunchy Oriental Coleslaw Dressing


Ingredients:

3/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
2 Tablespoons soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk in a bowl or shake in a jar. Hold until serving. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad mixture. Add sunflower seeds and almonds.
