1 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
tsp. nutmeg
tsp. salt
3 bananas, ripe and mashed
1 cup sugar
cup oil
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Put all of the dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
Make a well in the middle and add the egg, oil and mashed banana, beating only in the center and slowly moving into the flour mixture to moisten. Add vanilla and continue to stir until all flour is mixed in. Grease a loaf pan only on the bottom and pour mixture in making sure that batter is level.
Bake in a 350 F oven for about 55 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on rack. Remove from pan after loosening sides and ends of loaf.
