3 eggs
2 c milk
1 1/2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp sugar
3 Tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Break eggs into bowl. Sift dry ingredients together and stir into the eggs alternating with the milk. Add melted butted and fry on a slightly greased preheated grill. If lighter cakes are preferred, separate eggs and add beaten whites last.

These pancakes were the only kind of pancakes Mom made when I was growing up. They were Dad's favorite and he always ate them with white syrup and no butter. The rest of us used warm maple syrup. This is the only kind of pancakes I have served my family and I always make homemade maple syrup using Mapleine.
