Any Vegetable of your choice. @ bell peppers, onion, squash, zucchini, broccoli, carrots
4 Tbsp coconut amino
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 -2 Tbsp arrow root powder

Pad Thai brown rice noodles

Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute vegetable, while boiling noodles till done. They take less time than regular noodles.
Mix vegetable and noodles and add in the sauces. Simmer until thickened. Top with cilantro, lime juce, and green onions. Salt and Pepper to taste.
