pineapple chunks, fresh or canned
toothpicks
broiler tray lined with heavy duty aluminum foil

Directions:

Roll each piece of pineapple up in half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place on an aluminum foil-lined broiler pan and broil until cooked on one side. Turn the appetizers over and broil on the other side.
