1 box white cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
2 eggs
1 t coconut extract
2 T flour
8 ounce crushed pineapple, drained and reserve juice

Glaze:
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 t coconut extract
pineapple juice
Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with electric mixer. Drop by teaspoonfuls on baking sheet.
Bake for 8-9 minutes. Cool completely. Stir together the glaze adding only enough pineapple juice to make spreadable consistency. Frost cooked cookies
