1# boiled shrimp, chopped
8 oz Velveta , grated
8 oz. American or Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1½ Tbsp flour
½ cup butter
1 jar mushrooms, chopped small
bell pepper, chopped small equal parts of these 3
celery, chopped small

Saute celery & peppers in butter. add flour, then cheese and other ingredients
Best when kept warm Good with wheat thins, or tositoes
