8 oz. seasoned salt ... 1/4 cup paprika ... 2/3 cup chili powder
1 tsp. ginger ... 1 tsp. nutmeg ... 2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. ground cloves ... 1 tsp. mesquite seasoning
2 T. garlic salt (I used granulated garlic)
1 T. black pepper ... 1 cup brown sugar

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl - make sure it is mixed well. Keep in an airtight container. Will fit in an old Mayo jar. Use on any meats - GREAT! For a different flavor you can add a bit of coffee as well. Experiment:)
