Ham loaf recipe
Shaped like small meatloaves and serve with mashed potatoes makes between six and eight balls.

Meat mixture
1. One ham steak grind to make about 1 1/2 pounds ground ham
2. Ground pork 1 1/2 pounds. You can also mix in ground beef. I’ve done that before too.
3. 2 slices of bread soaked in milk.
4. 1 egg
5. 1 Medium onion minced. 1/2 cup
6. 1 teaspoons garlic salt

Sauce
1. 1/4 cup yellow mustard
2. 1/2 cup brown sugar
3. 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
4. Enough water to make a paste

1. Mush together meat ingredients to form ham balls.
2. Bake at 350° oven in a 9 x 13 pan for about 45 minutes.
3. Baste with glaze and continue cooking for about another half hour. You can add some of the glaze right away but be careful because it burns off fairly quickly. I have found it’s easier to glaze the last 20 minutes or half hour.
