1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup sugar
1 t soda
1/4 to 1/2 cup raisins
1 t salt
1 1 /2 cup (3) mashed bananas
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 T orange juice
1/4 t lemon juice
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour bottom of 9x5 pan. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup and level off. In large bowl, blend all ingredients. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 60 to 70 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan to cool. Makes one loaf. Refrigerate any left over.
