15 full graham cracker rectangles, crushed into crumbs
1 lb. miniature marshmallows
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. chopped dates (could probably use chopped, dried apricots or dried prunes, though I haven’t tried them).
2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Put aside ¼ of the crushed graham crackers. Mix the remainder of the crumbs with all the other ingredients. Work together until very well mixed. Divide up and roll into two logs. Roll the logs in the remaining crumbs. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Slice to serve.
