1 C flour
2 eggs
1 C sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 C milk
1 TBSP butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy and light. Add flour, salt, baking powder, add vanilla.
Heat milk and butter just to the point of boiling, add to batter and stir slightly, just so it's mixed in.

8x8x2 inch greased pan - 350º for 30 minutes
