1 1/2 lbs. chicken breast cooked and shredded
2 14 oz cans Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
1 8 oz tomato sauce
1 14 oz can corn - rinsed
1 14 oz can black beans - rinsed
4 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
1 C chicken broth
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 jalapeno finely chopped
1/2 chopped yellow onion
3 cloves garlic minced
3/4 TBSP cumin
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried oregano
salt and pepper
Garnish with fresh cilantro and sour cream

Simmer on cooktop, enjoy!
