2 c. full fat coconut milk
2 c. macadamia nut milk
1 T. orange extract
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 T. xylitol
3 drops yellow food coloring + 1 drop red food coloring (optional, for color only)
½ tsp. Himalayan or sea salt

Combine all ingredients, blend if necessary.

Pour into ice cream maker and freeze according to directions.
