Olive Oil
Montreal Steak Spicey Seasoning Or
Whatever you like.
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
On cookie sheet line up aspargus on parchment paper if desired for easier cleanup
Lightly spray Aspargus with Olive oil
sprinkle on seasoning of choice (Montreal Steak Seasoning, garlic powder, etc.
Sprinkle on Parmeson Cheese

Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes, can also be made on the grill.
