1 lb. browned hamburger
1 1/2 C chicken broth (or more)
3 quarts bread cubes ( 1/2 loaf)
6 TBSP chopped onion
3/4 C chopped celery
3/4 C butter
1 TBSP salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp poultry seasoning
2 eggs

2 lbs. browned hamburger
2 cups chicken broth (or more)
2 20 oz loaves bread
1/1/2 cup ions
2 cups celery
1 C butter
1 1/2 TBSP salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp poultry seasoning
3 eggs

Simmer giblets in salted water about 1 1/2 hours. Dice or grind giblets and save broth. Cook celery and onion in butter until clear. Pour over bread cubes. Add seasonings, giblets and Chicken broth until desired consistency. Add beaten eggs. Add extra black pepper. Makes enough for a 12 lb turkey.
