10 lbs of mushrooms
1 C sliced Onions
3 C apple cider vinegar
3 C sugar
1/3 C pickling spice
1/3 C lemon juice
1/3 C pickling salt
dash dill weed
dash worchestire

Directions:
Directions:
Combined ingredients, boil for 5 minutes. Kettle will be full of mushrooms and there will be little liquid, After cooking the mushrooms will shrink and there will be more liquid.

Process in hot water bath fo 5 minutes.
