Velveeta cheese
Milk
Butter
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Peel potatoes and boil until tender. Let cool and then slice and set aside. In saucepan, heat milk and butter, add velveeta cheese until cheesy and creamy. Season to taste. Place sliced potatoes in casserole dish and pour cheese mixture over the top. Potatoes should be completely covered. Bake at 350º uncovered for about 30 minutes.
