10 medium to large potatoes
8 ozs. Colby or Sharp Cheddar
3 cups milk
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. butter
leftover Kumla ham - chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Skin potatoes; slice into an 8 inch square casserole dish, placing a thick layer of potatoes on bottom. Cover with a layer of cheese. Repeat layers. Ina saucepan, combine remaining ingredients; heat through and pour over top. Bake in a 350 oven 45 minutes.
