Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sausage in a skillet and crumble fine while it cooks. Drain the sausage. Toast slices of bread - you can use white, wheat or even rye. Place a piece of foil on a cookie sheet and then put toasted bread on the cookie sheet. Top each piece of bread with a slice of cheese, then spoon cooked sausage on each piece, top with a thin slice of tomato and a sprinkle of oregano. Broil until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
