2 pounds lean ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup water

salt + pepper, garlic salt to taste

Mix all ingredients @ room temperature and form into small balls.

Sauce:

Small bottle chili sauce
1/2 cup grape jelly
juice of 1 lemon or 2 tbsps. bottled lemon juice

Put sauce and meatballs in saucepan, cover and simmer for 45 minutes.

(I skim the grease off after they are done.)
