Ingredients:  
6 large potatoes
Stick potatoes with fork,rub with margarine,bake
Mix with the potato
to 1 cup sour cream
3 T. butter
1 T. onion
3/4 cup old English cheese
After putting potato back into halves
sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Put back in the oven and heat for hour

cut into halves
mix all ingredients together
put back into halves
sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
