Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
10 oz. chopped broccoli
4 eggs
12 oz. cottage cheese
2 sticks butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour into 9" x 13" baking dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Great served with soup or beans.
