1 jar of apricot preserves or pineapple/apricot
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup ketchup
2 cloves crushed garlic

Heat and melt together. Great for basting pork chops on the grill.

May also use blackberry, peach or strawberry preserves. Recipe from Scout and Bunny (James and Donna). They glazed pork chops this way for Susan Fisher Hill's wedding reception. Exceptionally good!!!
