4 c. frozen corn kernels, thawed
4 large eggs
1 c. heavy whipping cream
½ c. whole milk
3 tbsp. sugar
¼ c. butter, room temperature
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Butter (or use cooking spray) an 8 x 8 x 2-inch glass baking dish. Puree ½ of the corn in a food processor (save the remaining corn on the side). Add remaining ingredients to processor except reserved whole kernel corn. Pulse until well blended. Stir in whole corn.

Pour batter into glass baking dish. Bake until brown and center is just set, about 45 minutes. Cool ten minutes and serve.
