Ingredients:  
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs
1 cups low-moisture, part skim milk mozzarella cheese
1 cups shredded gouda cheese
1 can cream style corn
3 Tablespoons Cajun seasoning
cup chopped bacon
cup chopped onion
2 cups raw medium shrimp or crawfish
1 stick melted butter
1 cup chicken stock



Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour in greased pan. Bake at 425 for 20 -25 minutes. Well done, remove from oven and butter top.
