3 c. brandy
2 c. Peach Schnapps
1 c. Grand Marnier
1 honeydew melon
1 cantaloupe
1 pineapple
Prosecco, several bottles, chilled
club soda (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop melons and pineapple into small bite-sized pieces (try to chop all fruit equal in size). Put into a bowl and pour brandy, Schnapps and Grand Marnier over the fruit and cover. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 3 days. Spoon 1 tablespoon or so of the fruit/boozy juice into the bottom of a champagne stem or stemless wine glass. Top with prosecco. For a spritz version, add club soda too.
