1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 onion, grated
1 (4oz) can diced green chilies
12 corn tortillas, cut into thin strips
1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, boiled and cut in pieces (or 2 (10 oz) cans)
1 (8oz) package shredded cheddar or Monterrey Jack

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 9x13 pan.
In large bowl combine soup, milk & onion.
Spread 1/2 tortilla strips in bottom of pan.
Spread 1/2 chicken over strips of tortilla.
Spread 1/2 soup mixture over chicken.
Sprinkle with diced green chilies, cover with 1/2 the cheese.
Repeat layered, then bake 20 to 30 minutes.
