1/4 C. Vinegar
3/4 C. Olive Oil
3/4 Tsp. Paprika
1/4 Tsp. Sugar
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1/4 Tsp. Accent
1 1/2 Tsp. Tenderizer
3/4 Tsp. Salt
6 Cloves of Garlic

For A Pig Roast:
16 Oz. Vinegar
48 Oz. Olive Oil
2 Tbl. Paprika
2 Tsp Sugar
4 Tsp Pepper
2 Tsp Accent
1/4 C. Tenderizer
2 Tbl. Salt
4 - 5 Bulbs of Garlic

Directions:

Mince garlic or put through garlic press.

Mix all the ingredients together.

Pour over lamb, chicken, or beef and let marinade for at least 3 hours or up to over night for a whole chicken or leg of lamb.
