5 quarts water, boiling
2 packages shrimp and crab boil spice mix (1.5 ounce packages)
4-6 red potatoes, quartered
2 lbs kielbasa, cut into finger size pieces
3 corn on the cob cut into pieces
1/2 lb shrimp or more
1 Package Pea pods


Directions:
Directions:

Bring water and spices to boil

Add potatoes and sausage

Boil 20 minutes

Add corn boil 7 minutes

Add shrimp and pea pods, boil 3 minutes

Drain and serve with coctail sauce, sour cream, ranch dressing, mustard, butter, catsup

Count boiling time when ingredients are added. If you wait for it to boil and then start counting, it will be overdone
