8 tbls brown sugar
3 tbls kosher salt
1 tbls chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
1/2 tsp crushed thyme
1/2 tsp onion powder

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and rub on meat

Let set 30 minutes

Cook as usual

When cooked and you have pulled the pork, sprinkle remaining rub over pork for extra flavor
