Crust
15 Graham Crackers crushed
1 stick oleo, melted
1/4 cup sugar

Filling
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon extract
6 oz. lemon jello
1 cup boiling water
1 can Cold Milnot

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crushed graham crackers, melted oleo and sugar
Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture for topping
Place rest of mixture in a 9 X 13 glass dish, press down firmly to form crust

Meanwhile combine jello and boiling water stirring until jello is completely dissolved.
Place in fridge until jello begins to thicken.

Mix together cream cheese, sugar and lemon extract until smooth.

Whip cold Minot until stiff. Fold in cream cheese mixture and thickened jello.

Pour mixture into glass dish and sprinkle with remaining graham cracker mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
