Vinegar
Water
1 dozen crabs
½ cup old bay seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Measure equal quantities of vinegar and water into large pot with raised rack (minimum 2 inches high) to just below level of rack. Bring to a boil on high heat.
Layer crabs in saucepot, sprinkling each layer with old bay. Cover.
Steam until crabs turn red. Drain well.
