Traditional - 1 lb. Fresh Mozzarella Log into 16 slices, 2-3 large tomatoes, (heirloom, vine, big??) into 16 slices, micro basil or baby basil leaves, ⅓ cup chopped red onions, balsamic glaze, EVOO oil,
salt, fresh cracked black pepper

Peach & Tarragon - 16 slices Mozzarella, 3-4 peaches or nectarines into 16 slices, ⅓ cup fresh tarragon
leaves, sugar, white balsamic

Watermelon & Radicchio - 16 slices Mozzarella, 16 thin watermelon wedges, 16 small radicchio leaves,
chopped red onion, EVOO oil, lime zest

Spicy Mango & Cilantro - 16 slices Mozzarella, 16 slices mango (2-3 mangoes), ⅓ cup cilantro sprigs,
⅓ cup chopped almonds, 1 cup cilantro, ½ cup EVOO, cayenne or chile limon seasoning

Cantaloupe, Bacon & Sprigs - 16 slices Mozzarella, 16 slices cantaloupe, ½ cup cooked bacon, ½ cup
sprigs, honey

Preparing any of these combinations will all begin the same, alternating the first two ingredients (chilled)
suggesting a square plate platter, 4 rows - row 1 & 3, start with Mozzarella, row 2 & 4, start with 2nd
ingredient or a rectangular platter, 2 rows - row 1 start with Mozzarella, row 2 start with 2nd ingredient

Traditional - Alternate mozzarellas and tomatoes, sprinkle onions, basil, fresh pepper, drizzle glaze and
EVOO.

Peach & Tarragon - Alternate mozzarellas and sliced fruit, sprinkle tarragon, sugar, drizzle balsamic

Watermelon & Radicchio - Alternate mozzarellas and watermelon & radicchio, sprinkle onion, drizzle
oil and lime zest

Spicy Mango & Cilantro - Alternate mozzarellas and mango slices, sprinkle sprigs, almonds, drizzle
blended cilantro and EVOO (strained), final sprinkle cayenne & seasoning

Cantaloupe, Bacon & Sprigs - Alternate mozzarellas and cantaloupe slices, sprinkle bacon, sprigs,
drizzle sweet honey
