Ingredients:  
Combine: 1 cup Pillsbury's Best all purpose flour + 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar.

Cut in: 1/2 cup butter or margarine until particle are fine.

Press into ungreased 8 X 8 X 2 inch pan.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cut into 36 squares.



Melt 1 package (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate in top of a double boiler over boiling water. Blend until smooth.

Arrange squares on waxed paper. Place a well drained cherry on each square. Top with tsp. of melted chocolate.

Glaze should partially coat cherry and cookie.

In regards to melting chocolate, be careful not to keep your pan over the stove with the water boiling or it will get hard instead of melt. If this should happen, than add some oleo and stir until smooth.
