1 T. cornstarch
½ c. sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Pinch of salt
1 c. water
⅛ tsp. nutmeg
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Cook cornstarch, sugar, lemon rind, salt, water, and nutmeg until slightly thickened and clear. Remove from heat. Immediately stir in lemon juice and butter. Serve warm over pudding.
