1 pound jumbo crab meat
1 pound sweet crab claw meat
30 butter style crackers like Ritz, crushed into crumbs
2 T Dijon mustard
1 T Worcestershire sauce
2 t parsley
1 c mayo
juice from one lemon
1 t dry mustard
2 eggs
1 T Old Bay seasoning
1 T finely green chopped onions
1 T melted butter
1 c panko crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Clean crab meet and set aside. Combine all other ingredients in the order listed and mix thoroughly. Add crab meat and gently fold in so as not to break the lumps. Chill for one hour. Form balls, roll in panko crumbs and flatten into patties.

Can be cooked two ways:

Broil in a heated broiler in a shallow baking dish with a small amount of water for about 10 minutes, careful not to burn.

Or saute in vegetable oil until golden brown on all sides.

Creamy lemon dill sauce

1/2 c light sour cream
1 T grainy Dijon mustard
1 T Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 T minced dill
1 t lemon zest
1/2 t Old Bay seasoning
pinch of black pepper.
