1 pound of grated zucchini
2 green onions thinly sliced, whites only.
2 eggs
1 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and mix with flour. Add rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place in skillet with 2 T heated oil. Fry on 1 side until brown. Flip and cook on other side. Cook only once per side.
