1 lb. haddock fillets, thawed
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
paprika

Directions:
In a 8x8 microwave pan, melt butter. Add lemon juice and salt. Dip fish in butter, turning butter side up. Cook, covered with wax paper or plastic wrap for 5 minutes on high or until fish flakes easily. Let stand 2 minutes. Garnish with paprika. Serve with additional melted butter.
